Otamatea Eco-Village can accommodate fifteen families, each with their own 5 acre (2 ha) section, jointly owning and managing the remaining 175 acres (102 ha). All of our lots have now been sold but occasionally one comes up for sale. At the moment there are no lots available.

Situated as we are on a peninsula on the Kaipura harbour, just 90 minutes north of Auckland, we enjoy waterfront access and spectacular coastal views. The individual lots have access to grid electricity, or some have chosen to use alternative.

Access to the eco-village is by our private road which is maintained by the eco-villagers and minimised from damage by our 30kmh speed limit.
